Shipping and Return Policies

Obstacles are shipped directly from the factory usually within 48 business hours after receiving your order, unless we inform you otherwise. After that, the time you get the obstacle depends on your distance from N.Y.  Please allow 2 weeks for delivery, though 95% of the time you will get it in about a week. In the occasional instances where we have an item back-ordered, we will tell you. (Usually there is no need for this though, because most our back-orders don't last more than a week). If, in the even more rare instances where we anticipate longer back-orders, you will be informed.

 Shipping rates vary depending where you live and appropriate taxes will be added where applicable.

In most cases the items ship UPS, but a few items are sent by Post Office/Priority Mail. International shipments (as well as Hawaii and Alaska) are usually shipped by Parcel Post. 

Return Policies:

In the rare event you want to return an item you must send it back directly to the factory at your expense.  Once received we will credit you for the total you were charged, minus the shipping.  If the item is in resellable condition as is, you will get 100% refund of the price of the item.  However, if it is used, or requires repackaging, the refund amount may be pro-rated (if we have to sell the item on our sale page instead). If you get the wrong item, or a damaged item (that is, it is a factory fault) we will arrange the return of the product at our expense, and a re-sending of the proper product at our expense, shipping charges includes.
